Kapamilya comedian Vice Ganda launches his new channel “Vice Ganda Network” and will start to air this Friday, July 24, 2020.
Jose Mari Veciral or often known as Vice Ganda has launched his first-ever channel after the shutdown of the media giant where he used to work before, ABS-CBN. Vice Ganda Network will provide entry to the comedian’s exclusive content.
In response to Vice Ganda, he requested for the blessing from ABS-CBN administration earlier than he created the Vice Ganda Network which will start airing in the online world starting Friday, July 24, 2020.
The Phenomenal Box-office Star revealed why he made the Vice Ganda Network. This is to reach out to her audiences and also provide employment to stand-up comedians affected by the pandemic.
“Ang vision ko lang talaga is very simple, very basic – to serve my purpose. To make the people happy, to make my audience happy. Yon ang dapat lagi kong maging compass sa lahat ng gagawin ko,” said Vice in a virtual presscon.
“Kasama sa secondary objective ko ay makapagbigay ng trabaho sa mga bakla, yung mga stand-up comedians. Hindi pa man nagkakaroon ng problema ang ABS-CBN na-hit talaga ang mga komedyante,” he added.
ABS-CBN and Viva also support Vice’s development of his digital channel. Vice Ganda also said that He got a lot of advice and he got a lot of assist from different people.
“Marami naman akong nakuhang advice, marami naman akong nakuhang support mula sa iba’t ibang tao. Si Boss Vic (del Rosario) isa na diyan, yung management ko rin sa ABS-CBN gina-guide din naman nila ako kung paano ang gagawin at saka I am so blessed because I have been given the opportunity to work with so many brilliant people in ABS-CBN,” he said.
Based on the article of PUSH, Vice started building the Vice Ganda Network through the lockdown due to COVID-19. As his current network was fully shut down because of franchise issues, he has this idea to proceed what he used to do so this Vice Ganda Network was born.
In the Vice Ganda Network, people should look forward to many content that will bring good vibes and laughter. They’ll also watch the Gabing Gabi na Vice, the usual late-night talk show of the comedian.
