A barangay from Hagonoy, Bulacan was arrested by police after allegedly luring P3,500 to the beneficiaries of the social amelioration program or SAP.
Danilo Flores was arrested in Barangay San Agustin for harassing residents of the village according to Hagonoy police chief Col. Roginal Francisco
Flores has been trending on social media after being caught claiming to get P3,500 in cash assistance for the mayor of Hagonoy to give to SAP recipients, meaning only P3,000 per resident.
Hagonoy Mayor Raulito Manlapaz denied Flores’ statement and said he had nothing to do with the gang’s “racket”.
